Feeling a bit down today...totally not myself. The only thing I can think about is eating something I should not have...I am craving something sweet!!!

have you tried one of the Atkins bars or shakes? They are AWESOME! I am definitely a chocoholic and the caramel chocolate bars definitely satisfy my sweet tooth. And it works for the diet.

Just be careful, they tend to stall a lot of people. I love them, but can't eat them cause I will stall.

What about an Atkins friendly root beer float? I would avoid the bars if you can - they stall me every time.

jojo, the Atkins bars can cause you to stop losing weight, since they have so many sugar alcohols. They don't count them as carbs on the label because they do not cause everyone's blood sugar to spike like it does with real sugar. And the end result is that your body releases insulin and when that happens, it uses that for immediate fuel instead of the protein and stored fat that it has been using, and you start the sugar roller coaster, and get kicked out of the fat burning process. Then you ahe to start all over again, and for me, at least, it just isn't worth it. I think that you will find if you talk to enough people that the number of people who stall far out weight he ones who don't. For me it just isn't worth it. If you want something sweet, eat a sugar free jello cup with 2 tbsp of reddi wip, or put some pork rinds in a bowl, pour some melted butter over them, sprinkle a packet of Splenda and some cinnamon on them. It is just like cinnamon toast!
