Well, today is payday so I'll be able to go grocery shopping and plan out my meals for next week and hopefully ensure better results. On day 4 of Insanity and I get to do pure cardio tonight. I'm feeling a little better about myself. I just want to keep my focus on the feeling of strength and empowerment rather than the weight loss. But losing weight would definitely be ok too ;)
