you can do this, one day is just that, one day. Don't be too hard on yourself. We have had these bad habits for years and years and years, its going to take some time to break them all. :] Keep your head up. Its a about the journey, not the destination. Learn from you experiences and remember this feeling. It will help you when you think about doing it next time :] Now pick yourself up, and lets do the damn thing!!
