Well I just had my second daughter and she's 2 weeks old now. I'm not starting just yet because I need to give my body some time and I'm also nursing so I have to establish my supply before I start cutting calories. I'll probably start when she's 6 weeks old. I'm going to do weight watchers again and the good thing about that program is that it's nursing mom friendly! I'm going to have the most points I have ever had before...which is great :). I started tracking my weight already and although I haven't technically started I'm kind of starting to watch what I eat, plus I want to see what my body does on it's own about "getting back" to non-pregnant body again. Lets see how this goes!!
