So...today is my official kickoff of Barry's bootcamp. I bombed yesterday eating almost 2000 calories full of healthy and not so healthy foods. The little brownie bites weren't so little after eating 3! Anyway last week for the latter I pushed my calories back to 1500, only going over a couple points one day. I resume that schedule in hopes that by the end of the month with a diet change and exercise I look tremendously better by the end of August going into the fall!

Today the BMI calculator says I'm 26.6 of body fat...

That means I'm OVERWEIGHT by almost 2%. Either way I'm trying to get my BMI right smack in the middle of Normal weight, and 120 is a good weight apparently for me to achieve that goal.

I'm tired of this pudgy belly, so I'm awaiting Barry's Bootcamp to work it's abtastic results lol
