I am extremely tired today. I did not eat the amount of calories I was suppose to eat so maybe that is the problem but I am not that hungry. I did not get up early and do my walking but I did go out at lunch and walk for 20 minutes which I had hoped would get me through the 2 o'clock doldrums but it didn't. So I am heading off to bed without doing all the studying I was suppose to do. I have a very busy next two days but I will try to fit it all in. I would be fine if they would only add an extra day to my week.
