So...I've totally been super lazy when it comes to a diet and exercise plan this month. I went out of town to Tennessee at the beginning of the month, and totally haven't worked out since June 30th maybe?!

So for a whole month I've not only not touched a piece of exercise equipment, but I've also been stuffing any and everything into my mouth as if I'm still on vacation!

This week I am solely entering food just to see the damage I have been doing, so I know what NOT to eat or stay away from once I begin back "healthy" eating. lol

My lovely muscle is melting into fat, and my butt no longer really has the "nice little pouch to grab" look! It's more morphing into my legs...lol anywho...who cares right?! WRONG! I've just been lazy.

My goal is to lose about 20 pounds over the next consecutive months...

Come Aug 1st, let the game begin!

1878 kkal Lemak: 61,40g | Prot: 67,03g | Karb: 271,68g.   Makan Pagi: minute maid fruit punch, cream cheese, lenders blueberry bagel. Makan Siang: gatorade cool blue, doritos nacho cheese, frigo string cheese, oscar meyer turkey breast, multi grain thin sandwich, lettuce. Makan Malam: hamburger meat, salsa, lettuce, low calorie gatorade, hard shell, cheese, sour cream, small tortilla. Camilan/Lainnya: mini teddy grahams, quaker chewy chocolate chip, portable yogurt, Spider man fruit snacks. lagi...
