I've had a rough couple of weeks trying to stay motivated and on track. Had a few days that I went over my calories and I ate fast food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner last Friday. Yikes! I was so upset with myself too when I realized what I had done. Last night while I was laying in bed trying to fall asleep I told myself that I gotta get outta this funk and get back on track. Can't let the food and depression win. Looking for 220lbs by the end of the month.
