Not bad. Just make sure you are drinking lots of water. Watch the creamer and we need to up your protein. Keep logging!

Creamer -- I know, I know, haha -- if we reduce it, I will just drink less coffee, which would also be less dehydrating ... or I could switch to a coffee lightener that's less processed.
