So I made it to day 7 already! The no dairy part is a lot easier than i was expecting it to be. Planning meals in advance that don't require cheese has really helped. I've also dedicated two nights a week to prepping salads/fruit/snackies so when I'm hungry I have something to snack on.
As far as how i feel... i feel fantastic. i havent had this much energy in a really long time! I havent been waking up a million times during the night either. I've even lost 1.4lbs so only 7.6 more to go! :-)
As for the products themselves, my three favorites so far are:
Mocha Meal Replacement Shake - tastes kinda like a coffee frappucino! Mango Strawberry Spark Oasis (stress relief drink)
