According to WebMD, my burn meter should read 2257, my daily caloric intake should read 1257 in order to lose 2 pounds per week.

Exercise - needs to be at minimum 30 minutes with heart rate at 91-136.

I think WebMD's numbers for calories burned are more accurate than what FatSecret calculates for you, but if they're close stick with FS. And keep in mind that if you want to eat more calories each day, all you have to do is exercise enough to keep the same deficit & you'll still lose. The WebMD Fit-O-Meter is great for helping you find activites that will burn the amount of calories you want. Good luck!!
