feeling yucky today. Thinks it's the gray sky and drizzle. Need to see the sun and blue sky. got on the scale gained 1.2 lbs. had a caprese panini for lunch yesterday and felt the bloat immediately. stomach still hurts today. Reminder to self: it might look yummy on the menu but it will hurt you in the long run. Today I will heal my belly with better choices
