Well, today was the first day of mine and Ali's challenge. I am really gonna try hard to do what the challenge says to do. I bought a 24 pack of bottled water, so I can drink plenty of that, and I found a really good cardio workout that lasts for 30 mins. I'm ready to start losing!!
