Well it is looking like I am going to have to get back on track here with my weight loss goals. My weight is staying pretty consistent, but I am not really working too hard on tracking my daily food. I keep up with my work outs. So as of now I am going to have to get my butt into gear and stay focused on what I am looking to achieve. I just find it hard when I am studying..that is the time when I tend to feel the need to much... That is when I come to this site....look at what others are saying, it really keeps me focused. Well I have a midterm tomorrow....must get back to my cramming.
