I decided to suck it up and get on the scale today. It really wasn't as bad as I had expected it to be. I jotted it down, but didn't enter it here. My fatsecret weigh day is Thursday, which will be perfect.
I decided to go on the fat fast for 3 days, so I will weigh again on Thursday and see the results. Hopefully, this is what I need to get me moving in the right direction again. I'm so ready to get to the 10 pound mark. I had expected to lose my firt 10 before the start of 2013, but it is what it is and I'll keep pressing forward!!

;) (wink wink) .. Sometimes I do that as well when I'm not feeling too good about the weigh in.. make a mental note.. I usually end up confessing later but at the time - NO BUENO! Stay Focused and Hang in there those 1st 10 pounds will be gone before you know it! :D
