I don't have much to report. I didn't get on the scale this morning because I forgot. I was rushing to get my son to preschool then here to work. I feel great and a few of my shirts where the arms were tight, aren't tight anymore!!! I was so excited about that. I have been fighting an urge to take diet pills because I really wanted to do this naturally. So we will see. Here is my plan for the day:

breakfast - oatmeal, coffee
snack - apple
lunch - salad w/ ff dressing
snack - yogurt smoothie
dinner - salmon & spinich

You're doing great, inches are a great thing. You can lose all the weight you want, but people really start to notice it when the inches drop. Keep up the good work :-)

Fight the urge to take the pills. They may help you short term, but if you don't want to take pills for the rest of your life, I wouldn't do it. I know it's tempting but there really is no quick fix. I think you're doing wonderful and feeling the difference in your clothes is great motivation to keep going!!

You are doing great and who really cares what the scale says as long as you are seeing the results! keep it up!
