So...I was curious yesterday and stepped on the scale...and keep in mind Monday is my weigh in day, and I apparently gained like 3 lbs, to step on the scale yesterday to find that I lost 5lbs...is there something wrong with my scale??! Jeez!! So I went to the gym yesterday did the elpitcal for 35 mins, thats good enough for starters right??

Are you stepping on the scale at the same time everyday? In the same clothes? After you have gone to the bathroom? Honestly your body can fluctuate 5lbs in a day. It isn't fun, but it happens.
