The last two weeks have been crazy...4 days in a row of movie food with the kids added on 5 lbs...but this weekend I did very well and I'm back at the weight of my last weigh in...gotta resist the urge to chew at the movies because there is another round of summer movies we'll be going to. I'm still proud of myself though. I got a really good deal on a Precor weight system on ebay can't wait to get it set up and start on my weight training. I have to start 'carry along' food journal for days when I'm not on my laptop...I miss my G1 :(
