oh my god!!
it has been a year since i started to lose weight and i've fell out of wagon for 6 months now and feel so guilty about it...because i could control the situation and put myself together but i didn't and here i am no change in my weight since god knows when and not even able to run 10 minutes on treadmill.

i got into college in the near city which in only a 2 hour drive far from where i live. and it's more like a village than a city it literally has nothing i mean it doesn't even have a gym!!!so im here again to fix my life make it how it was.....! :D

1265 kkal Lemak: 39,06g | Prot: 47,89g | Karb: 186,12g.   Makan Pagi: 2% Fat Milk, Indian Flatbread Naan, Walnuts, Feta Cheese. Makan Siang: garbanzo beans, Cooked Celery, Beef, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Lowfat Plain Yogurt, White Rice. Makan Malam: french fries, hamburger. Camilan/Lainnya: Apples, Date, Oranges. lagi...

Its been a year for me, amazing you didn't gain though!!! Now it is time to make that push! Welcome back! Im back as well... I fell off for about the same time, but I didn't hold as well as you did! Fresh start, new year.
