Played pickleball yesterday and today my muscles are telling me how out of shape I am. Walking most days a week. If the weather would cooperate, maybe I could bike. My scale must be off... I got up and weighed myself, went for a walk and weighed myself and weighed 4 lbs less....not true. My scale is a liar. Lots of salad ingredients on deck to make this week a success.
