Weight was 185.0 and then I weighed myself again and it was 185.2 so in the course of 10 seconds I gained .2 of a pound. Sort of fascinating how all of this goes. I will get down to 150 before I know it and be a Fatsecret person all my life. Very difficult to lose weight and it takes time and more time.
