This changing your life thing is difficult! Each day I get up at 5am leave for work a little after 6. I get off work at 4pm. I pick up my 2 grandsons at daycare. I normally have 1 or 2 evenings a week when I don't do this. Their mom or dad picks them up at 9pm. Friday when I pick them up they stay until Sunday at 8:45pm. My hips both have to be replaced so I walk very slow and I'm hurting and tired all the time. The last week in march I stopped drinking sweet tea and went to water and I've lost 5lbs since doing so. I'm trying to lose weight before going under the knife with my hips. My life is a struggle. I know I'll make it though because I've always been a fighter!
