Okay. This seems to be pretty stable. Not obsessing; just in a decent headspace. Diet's working; lifting is really going well.
88,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,4 kg.    Sisa: 0,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Actually, I've had a fair amount of weight gain, but it's the right type. Bodyfay is saying in the 12 to 10% range. Very pleased with it.
