Gotta make some serious changes in my life. First I have to learn to cut carbs. Seriously it's hampering my health. I need two hip replacements and suffer from severe OA in my hips and lower back. I need to cut out carbs, up my healthy fat, lower my cholesterol, lower my weight and figure out how to get some exercise when i'm finding it hard to even walk.
