I did a workout in the gym today. 1 to 1 session for 50 minutes. The instructor putted a new programme for me. Apart of weight machines I tried to do some stretching for my back. Last year B/Fat % was 45.2 and B/Fat/Weight was 45.8 with weight of 103.6 kg. Today - B/Fat % is 43.6 and B/Fat/Weight is 43.5 with weight of 99.7 kg. I think I am improving. I am feeling more positive today. Next session with the instructor will be next week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Have a lovely weekend, everyone!

Yelena.V.S I am amazed how little back pain I now have from losing weight. I was taking painkillers like they were sweets at my heaviest. (I have osteo arth due to a fracture/ fusion op) Im betting you too will benefit greatly and it's such a good incentive to focus on. I wish you all the best x

Thank you, Tracey. I had an injury long time ago, and developed arthritis too. Taking a lot of meds at the moment. I hope loosing weight will help me. 😊
