Yesterday I started the Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred. Hopefully this will help will lose some more weight. Been getting exercise videos from Netflix :) Anyone have any exercise videos that helped them lose weight let me know or if you've tried the 30 Day shred let me know if it works.
