Cravings down a bit today. Longer walk than usual this morning, and two days straight of 100 jumping jacks. Ok, I know it's not burpees or Jillian Michaels, but it's beyond what I usually do...that counts, right? :-) Feels like I'm back on track...

"I know it's not burpees or Jillian Michaels"... it doesn't matter. You're moving and exercising, and that's what counts. Just a few days ago you mentioned hitting a wall. It seems to me you're scaling that wall. (Pun intended... clever, no?) If you need a shove over the top, we're here to help. You're the reason I went for a walk today (in the rain)!

IN THE RAIN? O.M.G.! Ok, that tears it! If I can't get out later, I will do 30 minutes on my crummy old stationary bike (oh how I hate that thing)! No JJ's today, though. My shoulder feels a little weird, and I don't want to need PT ever again! Maybe some resistance stuff with my old Thera-band...
