Broke weak & got a popcorn at the theater last night, it was my 1st child-less 'date night' w/ my hubby in years. I was shocked at how large a 'small' popcorn is...barely ate 1/3 of it, but boy, did it knock my RDI for yesterday out of whack! Guess I'm entitled to a 'cheat day'. On the up-side, got a lot of gym time in yesterday, some weight training and 20 mins on the stairmaster.
