10/09/12 Well I weighed in on my scale and I bet anything that if I would have forged ahead with the challenge I was on I would have absolutely lost weight. Anyway in just over a week of indulgence I gained less than 3 pounds. I can live with that. So fresh start again.. and its going to be fine. I'm going to be fine. I let worries in life get to me such as health, the process of entering a new job position (and its long), my Birthday, family worries and friend worries. I recognized 'the pattern' as related to me and how easy it is for anyone that struggles with food addiction (of some kind) to somehow justify losing control in some way. Now that I've recognized it, I have to remember it and put it into practice every single day and always know that this is a lifestyle change in more ways than eating healthier. Its about taking care of myself and believing that everything will be allright and fall into place. I know that only I can make those things happen and some of them I unfortunately have no control over them whatsoever. Hangin' In and Moving Forward..
