HbA1c. Down from 42 to 39. That moves me out of the pre-diabetes zone.
Weight Down from 110.6 100.8
Bmi down from 37 to 34
Waist loss 6cm
A good result all round but I have just heard I have to go in dock on the 2nd January for my op. A couple of weeks of NHS food should sort my weight out
