Can not seem to get the weight loss going , maybe I am not working out enough. Had a hard time going to gym today but made myself and felt better for it.

You may not be eating enough. If you are recording everything you eat, you should not average less than 1000 cals (and probably more). Also, you need to drink a LOT of water. The water really does make a difference. Keep going, it will work as long as you don't quit.

Studies show that weight loss is mostly about 80% diet and 20% exercise. Of course, each person is different. As you get older you have to eat a lot less and move a lot more in order to lose. Go through your journals and make sure you are eating an appropriate amount of calories. Make sure those calories are good food. Lot's of lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Get in a combo of cardio and strength training for the best results. It take a lot of time and hard work to get results, but it's worth it.
