sorry buddy...haven't read it. I'm up to my ears in reading material right now between the Atkins book and 'Good Calories Bad Calories' by Gary Taubes. Of course by now you probably have received that book. What do you think of it?? I don't know much about that diet...what is it about, friend?? write me!
