Log and learn. I see so many journals that say "I had a bad day so I'm not going to enter what I ate". That is the wrong attitude people, we all have days we slip. I won't say "fail" because as long as we don't quit, we havn't failed. If you don't enter everything you eat, you are just cheating yourself. You need to learn why and how you got to your weight and why what you are doing won't help lose any weight. The "I didn't enter it, so it never happened" is not real. Be proud of the fact that you did enter it, learn from your slipup and get back on the plan. Please don't look for reasons why it won't work, accept some responsibility and let's get it done. Losing weight takes some learning, habit changing, setting realistic goals and sticking at it. Sorry if I upset anyone. Let's all support each other and do this. As a team, we all win.

I generally over-estimate when I know I had a bad day. Most of the time its true anyway. I figured if I ever stopped losing weight for a period of time at least I could print out each day and take it to a doctor and find out if something else is wrong with me.

I agree with you Geo99, but I will admit that some days, I've had so much of "this & that" that I just can't tally it all. Those are usually the days when I put nothing at all. I just consider it a "bust". Thanks for the post.
