Good morning, I have been walking an average of 1.5 miles per day. That is down from my usual 3.0 miles per day. I just made the decision I will not get on the treadmill, so since it's dark out until about 7:10am, I wait until light and do a 30 minute prayer walk. this morning I walked 1.66 miles and burned 206 calories. I have a goal to lose weight but I have decided to relax and eat healthier meals and increase my water intake. since I have stopped stressing I can now see changes on my scale. I am filled with Joy even though I received the worst news of my life on yesterday. But I am strong, confident that my GOD has this situation worked out in my daughter's favor. So everyone be encouraged on today and no matter what be strong about every circumstance.
