I have been doing good for the last couple days. I got a new workout video. I got Yoga Booty Ballet and it is so much fun. I love it. I am kinda hurting today but I needed to switch up my workout, and I need to extend my workout. The video last about 45 minutes. I have been eating well and drinking my water. I think I will weigh myself every 2 weeks, so this weekend I will see what happens but I feel great. I am invited to 2 parties this weekend so I am nervous about that. I will stick to grilled chicken and veggies but can I resist a glass of wine? I will try. :)

breakfast - yogurt & banana
lunch - brown rice and chicken, grapes
dinner - salad w/ beans (maybe) or omelet
sancks - plum & apples

exercise - workout video ( I am addicted)

You are doing so great, one glass of wine isn't going to kill you. If you feel the need then just do it because if you don't it might make you want more and then that could be trouble! I think I am going to go pick up some of these work out video's sounds like everyone loves them, they just might be the answer to my loss! Keep up the great work!
