I haven't weighed in for awhile--and it shows. Oh, well. Now it is spring, and I am going to start hitting the gym and try to ease back into running my 6 miles every weekend (weather permitting). I bet that, right now, I can't even run a mile! I've never stayed away from exercise so long, I've got no tone at all right now. Eeew! To weigh what I do, I should be looking a lot better. The weight that I looked my best ever was when I weighed 137 (I'm 5'5, and have a muscular, athletic, build when I'm in shape :-).
