it seems so much more difficult to get back...I mean this week I've been much more conscious..no sodas, which I barely like..no alcohol, which I do. Trying to stay away from processed stuff.

I know that my success last time was directly related to how I planned and PREPARED my foods and snacks beforehand. Also what was really motivating was having a reward system for myself. I haven't sat down and planned any of these things and that is when my change will begin.

Okay. I give myself to the end of this week to get myself jump started. Next week I look forward to a renewed and invigorated me... I will only post weight once a week which will be the average of that entire week..so...yeah. I am glad to be back here...and now I have this app on my cell. I can be more thorough.
