So another day etc etc...
I've not went hungry, I've not overeaten and I've not done any exercise. I'm gonna try and fit another workout in this evening either pilates or wii.
I've been using the ketostix for a few days and I'm not back in the purple yet, I'm not even in the lilac I'm still in the non existent!!!
So close look at my carbs is needed I'm upping my cream as I'm having a lot more coffee's and if I'm honest, I've not even been near my 11/2 liters of water. And I do believe that it's playing a vital part on my weight loss. The 1st 2 weeks I had 11/2 l a day and that's when I saw the difference.
So its back to buying a bottle and filling it up and keeping it cold.
I hope I can do better this week and I hope that I see a weight loss or even inch loss when I weigh and measure myself x
