I have got to make a change, I am walking 3 miles a day, changed my eating habits, but I can't seem to get rid of the ABS..... that is my whole purpose of the 3 mile walk. I refuse to get discouraged, Saturday as I was doing my morning walk a lady called out to me and said she can see the difference in my stomache...I asked myself, why did she lie to me???? not encouraging...I will make my way to the gym today, work on some of the machines there and will try some situps. But everyone be encouraged, have a great day😀

no problem and I think we all fuss about the belly fat. Mine is sticking too

I’m finding that it takes longer for all the belly fat and love handles to leave for me. Walking helped, eating less junk and more protein has helped and I think lifting weights has helped the most. My workouts are intense with very short breaks but my weights are still low (hard for me to do the workouts though). The lady probably wasn’t lying. We tend to see differences quicker in others than in ourselves. Start taking weekly or monthly pictures of yourself and I bet you’ll start seeing the same changes she sees when you compare them over time! Best of luck!
