This is not the first time I have tried the South Beach Diet. But this time my daughters are doing it with me and we seem pretty motivated. It seems easier now that I don't think about what I can eat. I know it is mostly meats veggies eggs cheese and the great and might sugar free fudgicle (or two) at night! The cravings really do go away. Even for regular food. I sometimes look at the clock now and say "Oh I need to eat lunch". Isnt' that what skinny chicks say! HA!
