Well that's me achieved 2 Weeks on the Induction Stage, I started 20th April and Wow doesn't it feel great!!!

I have no Problems with the Induction Phase and I started out at 188lbs so I think that a 9lb Loss is Phenomenal 'di di dudee dee'-Only Iron Bru Drinkers will get that one x

So the plan is to continue for a few weeks, I'm not committing myself to a time frame but it's my daughter's bbq in 5 weeks and I will be consuming a lot of Alcohol but as long as I look good doing it I'm sure the 1 day off the plan will be put behind me and put right.

On that note does anyone no a recipe for Atkins friendly punch?????

We always have bout 15liters of punch made for the guests and I no they don't really mind what goes in as long as they can see the fumes rising from the bucket....Yes I am Scottish and we love our Drink x x

I'm so pleased with myself for the two weeks past, I won't deny there has been some sticky moments but I'm looking forward to the next few weeks, days and months x x x
