I'm recovering from a Wii active workout and it has been over two months since the last one I 've done- So it says.. I'm trembling ha ha x x

Ok so the admission that I'm slightly unfit was not hard but I didn't think my fitness had diminished that much.
So signed up for another 30day challenge, the challenge being that I stick to it. No NO NO I will this time x x I did the last time but then left it for a couple of months x

Went with a Mate to get her nose pierced, this was the start of her new life with no one telling her what to do x and good for, not my idea of a new me but hey; each to their own x

So it got me thinking when I reach my goal weight what can I reward myself with and start my new life with?????

I have a list of things that I will reward myself with each step of the way every 5 or 10lbs lost but I think that the Big One will be the satisfaction of knowing that I did it, I lost my weight and I did it in a way that it's not going to come back, I will not get complacent with eating and will stick with the habits I 've learned along the way x x x

My, don't I sound Positive.... Way to go with the Happy exercise Feeling x x
