Day 2: Slept horribly. Body aches all over. Not sure if it is from yesterday's 30 minutes on the elliptical or the inflammatory disease.
Alarm set for 6:30am, up at 7:00 am. Need to get in that 30 minute session of exercise before my physical therapy appointment this morning at 9:30am. It is now 7:46. Still hurting but I will exercise as soon as I finish my coffee. :)
