Hmmm....
I'm a wee bit disappointed with my weight loss, I think I was expecting miracles. BUT then the miracle is that in this instance I didn't put on any weight. I'm sticking to this like glue-food diary may contradict me there but I no I am

I think maybe I'm not getting enough carbs every day or is it that Im just very resistant to this- my body putting up a fight!!! That would be a 1st.

I no they say you should take supplements while doing Atkins and I'm only taking a multivitamin with probiotics- I think I'll make this weeks task an investigation into what other supplements I could and should be taking.

Ok I no that's not the answer here and I am seriously dodging round the whole lets do more exercise.

So... on that note I'm going to make my Egg Crepes with splenda and cinnamin then get out and Mow my lawn- or mossy grass in this instance. Some housework then I'm off to look for another car - mine having let me down once too often recently..

That's the plan and when I check back in tonight it will be interesting to see what excuses I've come up with x x x

Tanya, 3 lbs is brilliant. Don't let any preconceived ideas about mega weight loss disillusion you. We are all very different with different tolerances. You must be doing something right. Right? If you were doing any other sort of diet (WW, calorie counting) properly, you would be satisfied with a 1-1.5 lb loss, wouldn't you? Keep up the good work. I'm off to walk the dogs now. Christine ;o)

I understand your frustrations. i had great plans for this like 30lb weight loss in 30 days that I was unappreciative of the 17lbs I did lose. I had to be brought back to, that is 17lbs I'll never see again. You're doing great!! Keep it up.
