Today has been good, I honestly think I should push on the Exercise part tho, mate had a great idea - get the rollerboots out and use them. Hey if it works hope I don't break a bone tho- that could be disasterous!!! lol

Hi! Good luck with the diet. Take care of yourself if you're going to go rollerblading! I'm recovering from two fractures after a fall in December (in the ice) and it really slowed me down! Christine
