Having a bit of a bad morning. Can't seem to get focused the last few days and have been stressing myself over lack of productivity. I just realized that this time I am not eating to make myself feel better (which never works but just starts that eat-feel guilty-eat more cycle) so should be glad about that. Got to make my list of things to do, prioratize them and get them done. There, I feel better by just deciding what needs to be done.
