This is only a small loss but a big milestone! I haven’t seen this weight in so long! One of my mini goals was to reach 9 and a half stone and today I’m there! It’s amazing what a few numbers can do to your mood! The only issue I am having at the moment is that the numbers are going down but I can’t see any changes in my body, usually it’s the other way round. Does anyone else have this?
