the last 2 weeks was a blur ... virtually no walking and loose eating habits equaled a weight gain of about 3 pounds when I got on scale on Saturday. that was enough for me to make time for a 30 minute walk late Saturday as well as one on Sunday. started logging my food again yesterday. with a funeral to plan and attend it is forgivable, plus all other life commitments needed to be maintained ( work and dad care). Considering what went on in 3 week period I am taking the gain knowing it will come back off again as I return to regular habits.
