really been over weight my whole life. emotional eating, poor foods choices and lack of exercise. have been slowly turning that around over the past 9 years. i have taken off about 75 pounds with at least 35 more to go, maybe 50 not sure. i have been up and down and stuck. going back to old unhealthy habits usually the culprit. Its sound overly simple, but lots of veggies, water, walking , sleep and relax time are key for me as well as weekly weigh ins and food tracking at least 5 days per week. I am here for accountability and to learn from others. always looking for new quick and easy healthy recipes that are tasty to add to the recipes for success book. recently I read in a book that a person has to have a strategy for weight loss. One of mine is lots of healthy, easy, satisfying choices for the menu to keep me on track.
