M-M-M-onday's. Old train of food thoughts are always on my one track brain when I am bored, over-whelmed by chores, whatever Monday's represent for me. Some day soon my one tracked brain will take a new route and I'll start focusing on something other then food. I guess I need to tell my brain where to go so for right now I will start by telling it to go to ice water until I figure something else out. Yes, changing is a challenge. but with my journal, buddies, exercise and other outlets it can be fun too.
